When I work with someone through Spinal Flow, my intention is to create a safe, nurturing space for your body to soften and remember its own healing rhythm. How it Works
Throughout life, experiences of stress, injury, or emotion can create blockages along the spine — places where energy becomes held or restricted.
During a session, I make gentle contact with specific access points along the spine that signal the nervous system to release these stored patterns. As this happens, the body can begin to move naturally — sometimes with soft waves, breath, or spontaneous movement — as energy starts to flow freely again.
There is no force, no manipulation — just a deep invitation for the body to let go and return to its natural state of ease.
What to Expect During and After a Session
You’ll remain fully clothed and lie comfortably while I work along your spine and sacrum with gentle touch. You may feel warmth, tingling, emotion, movement, or deep relaxation — all signs that your system is responding and unwinding.
Each session is unique. Some clients drift into stillness, others release through movement or emotion.
Afterwards, it’s common to feel lighter, more open, and deeply connected to yourself.
The body continues to integrate in the hours and days that follow, gently restoring balance and flow.

Even one treatment can bring a sense of lightness and calm, as your system begins to release tension and remember what balance feels like.
However, true transformation happens gently, layer by layer. Each session builds on the last, helping the body to release more deeply and integrate more fully.
Just as stress and tension accumulate over time, healing also unfolds through a process — allowing the nervous system to feel safe enough to let go, release, and open.
For this reason, I offer packages designed to support your journey over several weeks, with three sessions per week.
